Thank you to the businesses and community groups that have already joined Dingle COP this year.
Award-winning
Dingle Sea Salt produce their salt naturally, using only the sun, wind, and sea! Their ceramic jars are intended to be reused, and compostable refill pouches are available.They've pledged to add more nest boxes and expand the native hedgerow and wildflower area at their off-grid evaporation tunnel. They'll also aim to use an electric vehicle for their deliveries in Dingle.
Dingle Oceanworld are highly committed to conservation and sustainability.
They've pledged to invest in further solar panels, and stop providing paper straws, which will cut carbon emissions from manufacture and transportation.
Kathleen McAuliffe Millinery and Jewellery use air-to-water heating and insulated the shop with hemp and lime during their recent renovation.
They've pledged to give a discount for coffee if you bring a reusable cup, plant wildflowers in the cafe garden, and will look into solar to convert the coffee shop to clean power.

Dick Mack's Pub and Brewery have pledged to install solar panels for clean power, switch to eco-friendly cleaning products, and plant a native hedgerow in the garden to the rear of the pub to encourage wildlife and boost biodiversity.
